G'day Dave. Thanks for that look into your family life. Great set of photos that hang together well with their predominant green tones. We, here in Australia, have a long weekend in two weeks to celebrate the Queen's birthday; good old Liz! My family will also be celebrating the birthday of a little princess, turning five. It will be great for Lesley and I to have our whole family together for the first time in several years, having been scattered between this side of the country, the centre and the far side. Three kids with their spouses and six grandchildren. Long live the Queen, or something like that!

Hey Adam, thanks for the drop in. It was bloody 32C here in Ontario toda with humidty, 38C (around 99oF for my American Cousins). Just madness. But it is a great area... cottage country for the Toronto folks - funny to see them come out to visit where I now live (used to be a Toronto boy, moved here when the kidlets were born).

It's certainly nice to get out of the house and forget SEO for a bit. It was super nice out here in Edmonton today at 17c in contrast the the recipricate average of that in the winter. It looks like you live in a nice area. I'm pretty close to the river here in the downtown core.

Yuppers Garrett, I am hiding away in me hamlet in the country... No city/office life for this guy anymore. Those pesky geese can surely make one heck of a mess. My town is so small we really have no walkways to speak of...so we're more treading on their space, can't complain (just rinse the shoes when U get home he he) Dana, thanks hun, we're a happy bunch here. The fam' is the only reason I do anything really. Search comes a close second in my life. I shall try and do more non-geek posts over the summer. (oh and the pics do look nice with the new layout, although they'd make anything look great)

What a GORGEOUS family and outstandingly beautiful area to live. The only thing missing is a pict of theGypsy... It's nice to have a non-geeky post and to get a little more insight into the wonderful world of David Harry. Appreciate this! LOVE the site redesign, and it works well for a layout of picts. NICELY done!

Awesome to discover that you're a work at home dad too Dave :-) ...and to discover that there are at least SOME Canadian geese in Canada. I thought they were all here in North Carolina pooping on our lakeside sidewalks ;-) Congrats on taking the time off - looks like you had a beautiful and thoroughly relaxing time! G

I was thinking I'd let some of yer mommy blogging rub off and get back to the odd non-IM related post now and again. I really can't ever imagine going back to the big city life - it's nice to have all this outside the front door. But even when indoors with the fam' I am still surrounded by beauty! Win WIn. :drunk:
