I love your five points at the end, they should be the first five things anyone should ask when setting out to improve their universal targeting not just DAMs. One thing I would add would that the DAM consider what the aims of the campaign are. Is it about gaining mind share (where images and video may be the most effective) or driving traffic and sales (where local or product search may be more appropriate).]]></description>
