Yeah... I am lazy with this one.. but I figured it was worthy. Certainly goes along with other recent pessimistic ranting I have been on lately Bruh ha ha ha ha

I found this peice interesting;

"Consumers Tune Out Continuing Onslaught Of Ads
USA Today
It may be an old story, but it keeps getting worse: Advertising continues to intrude on more previously untouched corners of life. The more consumers ignore ads, the more ads marketers spew back at them. The average 1970s city dweller was exposed to 500 to 2,000 ad messages a day; now, it's 3,000 to 5,000, according to the consulting firm Yankelovich. "

Is it a case of 'He who yells loudest gets the most attention'?

    Not 'The Loudest', but more like 'He who yells the most, and doesn't shut the hell up'.

    On the web it's interesting the various 'eye tracking' studies that are around. Folks tend to tune out banners, standard ad placements and even 'Sponsored results'. Gotta be inventive.
    Say, did you check out the tools section (Members menu) yet? There is a little 'Dedication' on it..he he
